Travel Clinic
As part of the Scottish Government Vaccine Transformation Programme, NHS Forth Valley commenced a Travel Health Service in April 2022 to take the place of the service previously provided by GP Practices. This provided Travel Health advice and NHS vaccinations to patients across Forth Valley.
In addition, the Travel Service expanded in April 2023 to include the provision of Private Travel vaccinations.
Our Travel Service hub is based at Falkirk Community Hospital. We aim to provide a gold standard of Travel medicine services provided by our team of highly trained Immunisation Nurses, specialising in Travel Health and Medicine.
